The composition is composed of solvent-free epoxy resin, anti-rust pigment,
auxiliary agent, curing agent and so on.
Product characteristics
The biggest feature is that it does not contain organic solvents. This means that harmful volatile organic compounds (VOCs) will not be released during the painting process, and the impact on the environment is minimal, in line with modern environmental standards.
Because it does not need to use diluents, it performs well in the construction process and can significantly improve the construction efficiency. This not only reduces the cleaning time of the painting line, but also speeds up the construction speed, which is suitable for modern automatic painting production line.
It has excellent corrosion resistance, which is due to the fact that its main component is epoxy resin, which can form a tough and chemical resistant paint film.
Strong adhesion: strong adhesion with metal, concrete and other materials, high mechanical strength.
Good corrosion resistance: acid, alkali, salt, seawater and microorganisms and other media have a strong corrosion resistance.
High volume resistivity and breakdown strength: good electrical insulation performance.
Short curing period: the coating curing period is short, which greatly saves the construction cycle and cost.

Product use
Especially suitable for painting poorly ventilated environment equipment, such as offshore oil production equipment, loading oil, cabins, tank cars, etc., is an important heavy anticorrosive paint. In addition, it is also suitable for the internal and external anticorrosion of petrochemical equipment, crude oil sewage storage, sewage pipelines and other facilities.

Precautions for construction:
The temperature of the substrate must be above the dew point of 3℃, when the temperature of the substrate is below 5℃, the paint film is not solidified, and it is not suitable for construction.
In the high temperature season construction, easy to occur dry spray, in order to avoid dry spray can be adjusted to dry spray until the diluent.
This product should be used by professional painting operators according to the product packaging or the instructions in this manual.
Steel surface:
Must thoroughly remove oil, rust, etc., to achieve the rust removal standard Sa2.5, the roughness of 30um-75um; Adopt manual rust removal method, need to reach the rust removal standard St3 level.
Concrete surface:
Concrete surface should be flat, dry, no seepage floating and water. The base that has been polluted by grease and chemicals can be washed with detergent, lye or solvent, and can also be treated by fire baking, steam blowing, etc., but it must not damage the base.
Precautions
Products should be stored in a cool and ventilated place to prevent rain, directsunlight, avoid collision, need to isolate the fire source. The construction site is strictly prohibited fireworks, painters should wear glasses, gloves, masks, etc., to avoid skin contact and inhalation of paint mist.
