The composition is composed of polyurethane resin, antistatic conductive material, pigment filler, auxiliary agent, solvent, etc., and curing agent.

Product characteristics

Electrical conductivity. Antistatic coatings have good electrical conductivity and effectively direct and release static charges, thus reducing the risk of fire or explosion due to static buildup. Its surface resistivity can usually be³ adjusted between 10¹¹ and 10 ohms to meet different application needs.

Corrosion resistance. The coating also has excellent corrosion resistance and can resist the attack of a variety of chemical media, including brine, acid, alkali and salt spray. This makes it ideal for tanks and pipes that store various media such as crude oil, sewage, sea water, industrial water, gasoline, kerosene, diesel, jet fuel and gas.

Wear resistance and impact resistance. The film formed by the antistatic coating is tough and flat, with excellent wear resistance and impact resistance, which can maintain its integrity in harsh working environments and extend the service life of the equipment.

Product use

Crude oil, sewage, sea water, industrial water, gasoline, kerosene, diesel, jet fuel, gas and other storage tanks: antistatic coating is suitable for the above various media of the inner wall of the storage tank anti-corrosion coating, can effectively prevent the inner wall of the storage tank from being corroded, extend the service life of the storage tank.

Oil and gas pipelines: The coating is also suitable for the anti-corrosion coating of the inner wall of oil and gas pipelines, to ensure that the medium inside the pipeline will not cause corrosion damage to the pipe wall.

Construction notes:

• The temperature of the substrate must be above 3 ° C above the dew point, and when the temperature of the substrate is below 5 ° C, the paint film is not solidified and should not be constructed.
• In the high temperature season construction, easy to occur dry spray, in order to avoid dry spray can be adjusted to dry spray until the diluent.
• This product should be used by professional painting operators according to the product packaging or the instructions in this manual.

Steel surface:

• Must thoroughly remove oil, rust, etc., to achieve the rust removal standard Sa2.5, the roughness of 30um-75um; Adopt manual rust removal method, need to reach the rust removal standard St3 level.

Concrete surface:

• Concrete surface should be flat, dry, no seepage floating and water. The base that has been polluted by grease and chemicals can be washed with detergent, lye or solvent, and can also be treated by fire baking, steam blowing, etc., but it must not damage the base.

Precautions

• Products should be stored in a cool and ventilated place to prevent rain, direct sunlight, avoid collision, need to isolate the fire source.
