Product characteristics
Electrical conductivity. The core property of conductive coatings for electromagnetic shielding is their electrical conductivity. This kind of coating is mixed with conductive particles in chemical solvent, sprayed and dried to form conductive paint film, which can effectively conduct current, so as to achieve electromagnetic shielding.
Shielding efficiency. Electromagnetic shielding conductive coating has good shielding efficiency and can significantly attenuate the propagation of electromagnetic waves. Shielding efficiency is usually measured in dB (decibels) as a unit, and efficient shielding coatings can reach more than 40dB shielding efficiency.
Resistance to oxidation. Some electromagnetic shielding conductive coatings use materials with excellent antioxidant properties, such as nickel powder, to ensure that the coating maintains stable electrical conductivity and shielding performance in long-term use.
Stability. Electromagnetic shielding conductive coating shows good stability under various environmental conditions, and is not easy to be affected by temperature, humidity and other factors, ensuring its reliability in different application scenarios.
Shielding principle
The role of electromagnetic shielding coating is to weaken the electromagnetic field effect in a certain area generated by some radiation sources, and effectively control the electromagnetic wave radiation from a certain area to another area. Its principle is to use conductive materials with low resistance, conductive materials have a reflection and guiding effect on electromagnetic energy flow, and generate current and magnetic gradation opposite to the source electromagnetic field inside conductive materials. And weaken the effect of electromagnetic field radiation.

Method 1: Before using the paint, scrape a layer of putty powder on the wall first, and brush the paint after the putty powder is dry, and brush the latex paint on the surface after the electromagnetic shielding paint (anti-radiation paint) is dry, and does not affect the effect of electromagnetic shielding conductive paint (anti-electromagnetic radiation).
Method 2: Oil-based electromagnetic shielding conductive coating coating can be done directly on the concrete base
(1) Before construction, please ensure that the wall is dry without water stains. If the wall is wet, the paint will not adhere to the phenomenon;
(2) Before construction, it is best to scrape a layer of putty powder on the surface of the wall, one is to save the amount of electromagnetic shielding coating, and the other is to make the anti-radiation coating smooth and beautiful in the construction process;
(3) Drying conditions and time: the surface drying time is 1 hour; Practical time is 12 hours. During construction, it is best to choose when the weather is fine or dry;
(4) If the final color of the construction surface is required to be other colors (such as white), it can be brushed with other colors of wall paint after the paint is dried, and it will not affect the electromagnetic shielding effect of the paint;
(5) If only one wall is done, please brush more than 20 cm of electromagnetic shielding paint on the left and right walls and ceiling of the wall to be constructed, and at the same time, the electromagnetic shielding conductive paint between the wall and the wall must be seamlessly connected;
(6) The use of row brush (or roller) construction, but must ensure that the row brush (or roller) is clean and no water stains before use, otherwise it will affect the effect of the paint, it is recommended to use soft wool roller construction;
(7) If it needs to be done on the exterior wall, it is best to choose when the weather is sunny.
(8) If the construction unit in the construction process due to incorrect construction method or the construction of the electromagnetic shielding conductive coating to add any other chemical composition of the solvent, resulting in the electromagnetic shielding coating effect is not up to standard, the coating will not be within the warranty range of our company.
(9) Before use, the electromagnetic shielding conductive coating should be completely stirred in the paint tank before use. After being stirred evenly, the metal particles are dispersed evenly, and the paint film constructed can achieve the best shielding performance. Because metal substances are easier to precipitate, it is best to stir frequently when using not less than 5 minutes to stir once. After opening, the product should be used up as soon as possible. When not used up, please seal the paint bucket to avoid the chemical solvent volatilization inside, affecting the paint effect. At the same time, long-term storage should be avoided.
Precautions for construction:
The temperature of the substrate must be above the dew point of 3℃, when the temperature of the substrate is below 5℃, the paint film is not solidified, and it is not suitable for construction.
In the high temperature season construction, easy to occur dry spray, in order to avoid dry spray can be adjusted to dry spray until the diluent.
This product should be used by professional painting operators according to the product packaging or the instructions in this manual.
Steel surface:
Must thoroughly remove oil, rust, etc., to achieve the rust removal standard Sa2.5, the roughness of 30um-75um; Adopt manual rust removal method, need to reach the rust removal standard St3 level.
Concrete surface:
Concrete surface should be flat, dry, no seepage floating and water. The base that has been polluted by grease and chemicals can be washed with detergent, lye or solvent, and can also be treated by fire baking, steam blowing, etc., but it must not damage the base.
Precautions
Products should be stored in a cool and ventilated place to prevent rain, direct sunlight, avoid collision, need to isolate the fire source.
The construction site is strictly prohibited fireworks, painters should wear glasses, gloves, masks, etc., to avoid skin contact and inhalation of paint mist.
All work of coating and use of this product must be carried out in accordance with various relevant national health, safety and environmental protection regulations and standards.
