Product characteristics

Construction is convenient. Chlorinated rubber coatings can be constructed in an environment of -20 to 50 ° C, regardless of season and temperature restrictions. It usually adopts a single can packaging system, does not need to temporarily deploy other components at the construction site, and can be used after opening the package and stirring evenly.

Quick drying. The chlorinated rubber paint is dried by solvent volatilization, drying quickly, and the second coating can be applied after 4 to 6 hours at room temperature.

Excellent adhesion. Chlorinated rubber coating has good adhesion to the surface of iron and steel metal, and at the same time, between the coating and the coating due to the solvent in the film-forming substance can play the role of infiltration, so that the lower layer is bonded to each other, thus strengthening the adhesion between the coating film.

Corrosion-proof. Chlorinated rubber itself is a chemically inert film-forming substance, the permeability of the film to water vapor and oxygen is very low, only 1/10 of the alkyd, and it has good resistance to water, salts, acids, alkalis, oxidants, and various corrosive gases.

Construction precautions:

Steel surface:

It is necessary to thoroughly remove oil and rust, etc., to achieve the rust removal standard Sa2.5, and the roughness reaches 30um-75um; Adopt manual rust removal method, need to reach the rust removal standard St3 level.

Concrete surface:

Concrete surface should be flat, dry, no seepage floating and water. The base that has been polluted by grease and chemicals can be washed with detergent, lye or solvent, and can also be treated by fire baking, steam blowing, etc., but it must not damage the base.

Precautions

Products should be stored in a cool and ventilated place to prevent rain, direct sunlight, avoid collision, need to isolate the fire source.

The construction site is strictly prohibited fireworks, painters should wear glasses, gloves, masks, etc., to avoid skin contact and inhalation of paint mist.
