Aliphatic polyurethane topcoat

Weather resistance. It can resist the erosion of ultraviolet, oxygen, moisture and other external environment, and is not easy to change color, fall off, crack and other phenomena.

Adhesion. The ability to firmly adhere to the surface of the substrate and bond with the upper layer of paint to ensure the stability of the overall coating.

Gloss. Form an even, smooth coated surface that provides a good appearance.

Chemical resistance. Can resist acid, alkali, solvent and other chemical substances erosion, not easy to fall off, wrinkling and other phenomena.

Polyurethane primer/epoxy zinc-rich primer/epoxy primer/inorganic zinc-rich primer/graphene zinc powder primer + polyurethane intermediate paint/epoxy cloud iron intermediate paint/epoxy thick paste intermediate paint + aliphatic polyurethane topcoat

Construction precautions:

The temperature of the substrate must be above the dew point of 3℃, when the temperature of the substrate is below 5℃, the paint film is not solidified, and it is not suitable for construction.

In the high temperature season construction, easy to occur dry spray, in order to avoid dry spray can be adjusted to dry spray until the diluent.

This product should be used by professional painting operators according to the product packaging or the instructions in this manual.

Steel surface:

Must thoroughly remove oil,rust,etc.,to achieve the rust removal standard Sa2.5, the roughness of 30um-75um; Adopt manual rust removal method, need to reach the rust removal standard St3 level.

Concrete surface should be flat, dry, no seepage floating and water. The base that has been polluted by grease and chemicals can be washed with detergent, lye or solvent, and can also be treated by fire baking, steam blowing, etc., but it must not damage the base.

Supplement: The difference between polyurethane finish and aromatic polyurethane finish

Polyurethane topcoat is a widely used paint known for its excellent mechanical strength, hardness, decorative and protective properties. It has excellent adhesion on a wide variety of substrates. The basic components of polyurethane coatings are polyisocyanates combined with polyols (such as hydroxy-acrylic resins).

Aromatic polyurethane topcoats

Aromatic polyurethane topcoat is a kind of polyurethane coating, its main feature is the use of aromatic polyisocyanate as curing agent. This type of paint has the following characteristics:

★ Curing speed: The curing speed of aromatic polyurethane coating is fast, and the application period is slightly shorter.

★ Weather resistance: Because the aromatic isocyanate molecule contains benzene ring, it is easy to decompose into amines after ultraviolet irradiation, and the amines are oxidized to produce dark products, resulting in yellow paint film. Therefore, the aromatic polyurethane coating is not suitable for outdoor or long-term exposure to ultraviolet light.

★ Application areas: Aromatic polyurethane coatings are often used indoors (such as floor coatings, tank coatings, etc.) or as primer, and the price is relatively low.

Aliphatic polyurethane topcoat

Aliphatic polyurethane topcoat is also a kind of polyurethane coating, but its curing agent is aliphatic polyisocyanate. This type of paint has the following characteristics:

★ Weather resistance: aliphatic isocyanate cured polyurethane coatings have good light and color retention, low viscosity and good stability. Because the aliphatic amine produced by the decomposition of the aliphatic ammonia ester bond is not easy to change color, the aliphatic polyurethane coating has excellent performance in outdoor weather resistance.
