Product characteristics

Good weather resistance. Acrylic polyurethane topcoat has very excellent weather resistance, can resist the erosion of ultraviolet light in outdoor environment, and the paint film will not powder or crack. This makes it ideal for use on structures and equipment that are exposed to the elements for long periods of time.

Strong mechanical properties. The coating of the topcoat has high hardness, impact strength and wear resistance, superior mechanical properties and meets national standards. It has good adhesion to various substrates (such as carbon steel, cast iron, all kinds of steel structures, ABS, PVC plastics, etc.). Usually need to support the use of primer.

Decorative effect is good. The film of acrylic polyurethane topcoat has strong color and light preservation, which is not easy to fade or lose light, providing a rich choice of colors. Its decorative effect is remarkable, and it is often used in occasions where a beautiful appearance is needed.

It dries quickly and has good adhesion. Acrylic polyurethane topcoats dry quickly and have good adhesion, which helps improve construction efficiency and ensures a good combination of the coating with the substrate.

Chemical resistance and salt spray resistance. The top paint has good chemical resistance and salt spray resistance, can resist a variety of chemical substances and salt spray erosion, suitable for chemical, petrochemical and other harsh environment.

Product use

Industrial anti-corrosion coating. Acrylic polyurethane finish is widely used in industrial anti-corrosion coating because of its excellent corrosion resistance. It can be used for steel structure, bridge anticorrosion, concrete protection, building exterior wall, mechanical equipment, engineering equipment, coastal equipment, pipeline anticorrosion, etc., to provide anticorrosion protection and decorative effect.
Building steel structure. Acrylic polyurethane topcoat is suitable for construction steel structure, such as petrochemical, power plant, bridge, mechanical equipment and other fields. It is suitable for the coating and maintenance of metal, fiberglass, ABS, wood and other base surfaces.
Marine facilities and port terminals. Acrylic polyurethane finish paint is also widely used in Marine facilities, port terminals, steel structure workshops, tower cranes, construction machinery, venues, Bridges and other large facilities. In addition, it can also be used for valves, machine tools, equipment, pipelines and other small instruments.
Car, motorcycle, ship painting. Acrylic polyurethane finish paint can be coated on steel, aluminum alloy, galvanized sheet and other metal materials, for cars, motorcycles, ships and other coating.

Construction notes:

The temperature of the substrate must be above the dew point of 3℃, when the temperature of the substrate is below 5℃, the paint film is not solidified, and it is not suitable for construction.

In the high temperature season construction, easy to occur dry spray, in order to avoid dry spray can be adjusted to dry spray until the diluent.

This product should be used by professional painting operators according to the product packaging or the instructions in this manual.

Steel surface:

Must thoroughly remove oil, rust, etc., to achieve the rust removal standard Sa2.5, the roughness of 30um-75um; Adopt manual rust removal method, need to reach the rust removal standard St3 level.

Concrete surface:

Concrete surface should be flat, dry, no seepage floating and water. The base that has been polluted by grease and chemicals can be washed with detergent, lye or solvent, and can also be treated by fire baking, steam blowing, etc., but it must not damage the base.
